Directions
Start the grill up, if your using charcoal, heat them up nicely and then move on to make the burgers.
Get a bowl of Beef add a bit of salt and pepper and add some garlic powder like about quarter of a tea spoon in 4 lbs of beef. Work it all in.
Now roll them to about tennis ball size then squeeze them to about inch and half thick
Next check grill is hot, clean it off and then add those burgers and let the sizzle, flip them over every minute and half. Control the flame with your cover on your grill.
Cook them to whatever you like, rare, medium rare or well done.
While that is doing that, slice up some onions and some tomatoes. Now what is cool to do is add a slice of onion on the meat and add your cheese and give it about a minute and all its melted..
Next add the buns to toast them.. then wala.. eat it up
