Dr BBQ - Ray Lampe

DR BBQ what a cool name! This guy is becoming quote a legend in his own right, he looks like a guru for food 
So lets learn something about Dr BBQ..aka Ray Lampe who used to be a Truck driver believe it or not hence the goatee and hair do. He became a national barbecue champion and author of several books and he writes a column for Fiery Foods magazine. On top of all of this he runs his own roadside florida barbecue stand and has created his own barbecue sauce and pepper blend.
He now is a certified judge and founding memor of the florida bbq association.
He runs his own Cooking class in Lakeland, Florida and you better believe that its full all the time!
