The Video
Directions
Put the ribs in a aluminum pan, next pour on 3 8 oz bottles of sauce, and simmer on grill for about 1hr 15 mins, then pour some beer or water but beer tastes great. You want to get the sauce all over the ribs.. just get in there and get your hands covered.
Optional _ Cut up an onion and throw it in with the ribs
Cover it all up with aluminum foil top and then check your grill and place pan on hot coals or your grill and then after 20 to 30 mins check them, they should be simmering nicely
Cook them a bit longer but before you do that spin the pan around a bit and take it just away from the heat a bit
After about 1hr have another look, your going to get nice tender ribs. Temperature at about 250
After that you need to brown them up on the grill, dont be suprised to see them falling off the bone as they will be tender. You can also eat them immediately and not brown.. your choice.
This is a cool recipe its rib eye steak, view the video it will take you through it all
Recipe Ingredients
Rib Eye Steaks ( 1 to 1/1lbs each ) Large Sweet Onion Diced Celery and Scallion Garlic Glove Butter/Margerine Salt and Pepper
Directions
Start up your barbecue using gas or coal whatever you have, next get your rib eye steaks, try to get the bone in the rib for extra flavour.
Sprinkle on salt and pepper on both sides and then pat it down into the meat.
Once your bbq is hot, cut up a nice onion the bigger the better, fry those up in a pan with some butter or margerine then take them out and cut up some tomatoes for a side dish
Next grill up your steaks, flip them over do about a 1minute or 2 to seal in the juices then after 2 or 3 mins aside use a grill cover to control the flames and then take them out of direct flame and then its preference how long you want them in there.
Now in a pan add your scallion and garlic and butter and mix it around, fry it up, now put your steaks in with the garlic and scallion and dang you are going to get all those juices going all over and in the steak.
Next add your onions you fried up earlier and give it a minute and boom.. you are ready to get it served up or you can cut up your steaks
